The Blessing of Bible Study

God says He taught me and said, 'Lay hold of my words with all your heart; keep my commands and you will live.' To have faith in Jesus is to have life.  We know faith comes by listening and studying God's Word.  The study of the Bible leads you to a greater faith in Jesus, your Savior, and empowers you for living the Christian life. Sunday School

Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. Sunday school is offered for children starting at age three and continuing through twelfth grade. The New Life in Christ curriculum published by Concordia Publishing House is used for instructional materials. The lessons are Christ centered, Bible based, and life directed.

Summer Sunday School

YES, Messiah offers Sunday School during the summer months. The theme for the summer is The Twelve Disciples. Classes are offered for children ages three through grade eight.

Monday Religious Classes

Classes are offered on Monday evenings, 6:30 p.m. during the school year for youngsters in grades three through eight to provide further enrichment and study of the Scripture and Martin Luther's Small Catechism.

• Adults are invited to attend LifeLIght Bible study while their children are going to class.

Messiah Youth Programs

• Junior High Youth is offered for those in sixth through eighth grades.  
• Senior High Youth is offered for those in ninth through twelfth grades.
