A new publication of the Economic Policy Institute makes a
strong case for the value of early childhood education. In his book,
Enriching Children, Enrich the Nation Public Investment in High-Quality
Pre-kindergarten, Robert L. Lynch reviews and analyzes a wide number of
studies on the outcomes of early childhood education and observes . . .
"A strong consensus has developed among experts who have
studied high-quality early childhood development programs that these programs
have substantial and enduring payoffs."

hours, 2 days a week, is $4.87 per hour ($720 plus $30 registration fee).
