Believers in Christ receive the forgiveness of sins through His name. As baptized believers, we are called to love one another, clinging to God’s promises & bound by His commands. Our love for God is marked by obedience to His will. God’s love for us is marked by Christ’s obedience on the cross. In Christ, we have a faith that grasps, believes & confesses Him to be the Son of God. This is our victory in overcoming the world.
