Our Bible Studies:
-
Sunday School (for children aged Preschool through Grade 8) is held weekly after the Divine Service!
Every week, children will spend time immersed in the rich gifts of God’s Word. They’ll hear, respond and learn by heart, making connections with our Lord through His gifts of prayer, songs & music, story & poetry, images & art, nature & ideas.

Bible Class meets on Sundays at 9:00 am. We’re currently studying Christ Is Risen Indeed, the official Bible study of this summer’s Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod convention. This study explores the convention’s theme based on 1 Corinthians 15:20–22:
“But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.”
-
LifeLight is a nine-week small-group study that meets during the week; it's held twice a year, beginning in September and in January.
Watch for information on next fall’s LifeLight study!
-
CARES (Caring, Active, Reaching, Encouraging Sisters in Christ) meets weekly on Wednesdays at 9:45 am from September through April. In September, this women’s book discussion group will resume its study of Come and Be Filled: Feasting with Jesus in His Word by Kristopher R. Whitby.

The West Michigan Confessional Study Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 am. Pastors and laypeople of the greater Grand Rapids area pray together (using the order of service Matins), study the Lutheran Confessions together, and fellowship together over lunch!
