March Events Update
Dear Brothers and Sisters of Messiah,
A few updates, based on how events unfolded after we sent Monday's scheduled email:
Regarding our Family Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28th at 10:00 am:
Please sign up to volunteer at the Welcome Center by this coming Sunday, March 22nd. We especially need volunteers to guide families from the sanctuary to our grounds for the outdoor Hunt (which will be organized by age groups), but we have openings for all that morning's tasks. If you're willing to help anywhere needed, please let us know that as well!
Please plan to join us after the service on Sunday, March 22nd to prepare for the hunt by filling plastic eggs with candy!
Due to delivery issues, Palm Cross Making has been moved to Wednesday, March 25th right after our weekly CARES study. If you're not attending that morning's 11:00 am Lenten service, please plan to stop by or stay and help make enough crosses for the Easter Egg Hunt & Palm Sunday!
NEW! LIFT (Lutherans In Fellowship Together) will gather on Sunday, March 29th after the service; everyone is welcome. Please join us to brainstorm future fellowship events and service projects! Upcoming events (details in this Sunday's bulletin and the April newsletter) already include:
Adult Easter Egg Hunt Sunday, April 19th after the service.
Grand Rapids Civic Theater Outing Sunday, May 3rd at 2:00 pm. Sign up at the Welcome Center by April 19th to see a new version of the classic mystery Dial M for Murder. Contact Sherry Troutwine with questions.
