IT’S BACK TO SCHOOL TIME!

LIFT and Outreach are counting on your help to make a difference. We’re aiming to give 40 backpacks, each packed with school supplies, to local children who could really use them. The backpacks are already donated, so now we just need to fill them up. If you’re able to donate, here’s what we need for this project:

-       24-packs of Crayola crayons

-       Washable Crayola markers (any size)

-       Twistable Crayola colored pencils (any size)

-       Ticonderoga pencils

-       Expo dry-erase makers

-       Yellow highlighters

-       Erasers

-       Elmer’s glue stick (4 pack)

-       Elmer’s White glue bottles

-       Child-safety Scissors

-       Hard plastic pencil boxes

-       Tissue boxes

-       Boxes of sandwich bags and/or gallon bags

-       2-pocket folders

-       3-subject notebook (wide-rule)

-       Composition notebooks (wide-rule)

-       Wide-rule line paper

-       Scotch tape

-       Notecards

-       Post-it notes

Please bring your donations by Wednesday, August 12. Also, we’d love for you to stay after church on Sunday, August 16 to help us fill the backpacks. Thanks so much for your help in making a difference in our community!
