Messiah continues our weekly worship schedule with the Divine Service on Sunday, May 10th at 10:00 am; the service is scheduled to be livestreamed at www.youtube.com/messiahgr, our website and our Facebook page. Adult Bible Class will be held beforehand at 9:00 am, and children’s Sunday School will be held following the Divine Service, beginning about 11:15 am.

Paul unmasks an entire culture of religious idolatry where objects of worship are rubbish & religious assertions are merely fabrications of the minds of men. In the midst of the ungodly, he preaches the counsels of God, tells of the need for repentance & confirms the resurrection of the dead. The resurrected Christ is the one we worship. His commandments are divine assertions. By Baptism, we are believers in all these things, loved by God & enabled to love. (Psalm 119:89–93, 105; Acts 17:16-31; 1 Peter 3:13-22; John 14:15-21)
